Homemade Potato Fries

a. Potatoes
b. Oil
c. Iodized salt


1. Slice the potatoes into the thickness you desire, ensuring that each potato is the same size.
2. Soak the sliced potatoes for 20 minutes-1 hour in cold water.
3. Drain and pat them dry.
4. Preheat your pan.
5. Fry the potatoes until golden brown (or the color you desire).
6. Remove and drain.
7. Season with salt.
