Homemade Crispy Potato Mojos
a. 4 potatoes (sliced into 1/4” rounds)
b. 2 packs Cripsy Fry (original)
c. 2 eggs
d. 1/4 cup water
e. Cooking oil (for deep frying)
1. In a bowl, whisk together eggs and water.
2. Set aside.
3. Clean potatoes and slice into 1/4” round, then put them straight into the egg-water mixture to soak.
4. Heat oil.
5. Coat potato slices with breading and deep fry in batches for 3-4 minutes.
6. Drain the excess oil.
7. Transfer to serving plate and serve with either Caesar or ranch dressing.
