a. 1/4 kilo kamote or sweet potato (sliced crosswise)
b. 1 cup brown sugar
c. 1 cup cooking oil
1. Heat the pan and pour the cooking oil.
2. Put in the brown sugar.
3. When the brown sugar floats, put in the kamote .
4. Fry for 10 minutes.
5. Flip the kamote once in a while to allow the sugar to stick.
6. Remove the kamote from the pan one after the other.
7. Let it cool for a few minutes then serve.
