Minatamis na Saging (Saba)

a. Saging na saba
b. 3/4 cup brown sugar
c. 1 1/2 cup water
d. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
e. 1/2 teaspoon salt


1. Heat the pan.
2. Pour in water then let it boil.
3. Add brown sugar and stir until diluted.
4. Add salt and vanilla extract; mix well.
5. Put in the banana and adjust the heat to medium.
6. Cover the pan and simmer for 8 to 12 minutes or until the liquid thickens.
7. Turn-off heat and allow the banana to cool.
